The road to the fallen city of Sanctum is filled with enemies, tempting loot and choices that could shape the final fight. You are one of four very different heroes working towards the same terrible destination: the Demon Lord. Only one hero will earn the ultimate glory.

Build the character you want to bring to the last battle

Defeat enemies to gain equipment and develop new skills. Your character grows quickly, and the interesting question is not simply whether an item is stronger. It is whether that item works with the abilities and equipment you have already chosen.

Competition without fighting each other

You are not spending the evening attacking your friends. You are racing them through the same adventure, deciding when to claim opportunities and when to push on. A rival who reaches a reward first can force you to revise a perfectly good plan. Eventually the group faces the Demon Lord, and everyone’s earlier choices come due.
