A stone is never just a stone. It can complete a pattern for a useful creature, threaten a rival’s formation or become the foundation of something much more spectacular. Players manoeuvre among factions with different approaches to combat while working toward the conditions of the chosen game mode.

Set up a pattern that looks harmless, then complete it on a later turn and bring a legendary creature into play.
